Judo and Jujitsu
classes are held on Wednesdays & Fridays 6:30 - 8:30pm at

Classes in all arts are run parallel, or may be staggered, depending
on attendance. Judo classes are open to ages 12 years and up (Male and
Female). Aiki-Jitsu classes are open to ages 18 years and up (Male and
Female).

Siegal, 3rd Dan (Sandan) - Judo

Jones, 3rd Dan (Sandan) - Judo
Sensei Siegal started Judo in 1962 and competed collegiately in various
tournaments throughout the East Coast. He also coached at the college
level and joined the Greensboro Judo Club in 1995. Sensei Siegal holds
a PH. D in Geology from the Penn State University.
Sensei Jones started Judo on Guam in 1969. While in the US Army, he
practiced and competed in various places such as Guam, Germany and the
United States.

Fees
$60
for the first month (includes first year national membership),
$20/month there after.
$15/month for advanced
50% family discount per each addtional family member
Our courses
are designed to introduce and teach you a combination of judo, jujitsu
and aikido techniques. Included are break-falls, throwing, take downs,
grappling, escapes, striking plus chokes and armbars for members 16+.
This combined knowledge gives you the foundation and basic skills needed
to continue later in the art of your choice.
Additional Expenses for
the Advanced Classes
- Cost of "Gi"
(uniform) $30-50, depending on size needed.
A must for the advanced classes.
- National Federation
Membership $40/year.
A must for national and international rank registration & recognition.
- Promotion fee
$20/each. Members are usually eligible every six months, assuming
2-3 practices/week.
